How you can make an impact
1. Drive internal communications campaigns for People & Purpose (HR) from concept and overall planning to implementation and reporting
2. Shape internal communications within People & Purpose, providing counsel and advising colleagues and leaders on best practices
3. Support employee communications on all internal communications channels, to ensure consistency in messaging and brand alignment
4. Contribute to a variety of exciting internal communications and engagement initiatives, e.g. campaigns and events driven by Employee Resource Groups
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align People & Purpose communications with overall organisational goals and initiatives
6. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications across multiple internal comms channels
7. Support town hall meetings by providing People & Purpose content, including agenda development, speaker preparation, and post-event communications
8. Manage and update the People & Purpose intranet page to ensure content is current, relevant, and engaging for employees
Who we are looking for
9. You have at least three years of experience in communications, ideally in internal communications, either in-house or at an agency
10. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
11. You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, law or economics
12. You have strong conceptual, writing and editorial skills and an innovative mindset to develop convincing and engaging communications
13. You're curious and proactive, enjoy working independently while also being a strong team player with excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and deliver against tight deadlines
14. Fluency in English (mother tongue or near native) and German, French is a plus
