Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Responsibility for incoming orders in the assigned sales region (USA, Brazil)
2. Customer acquisition and support in the area of Life Cycle Support
3. Preparation and calculation of offers regarding SKAN-LCS portfolio (After Sales)
4. Contract review and handover to executing departments
5. LCS customer project follow-up and data maintenance
6. Cooperation with agents
7. Participation in trade fairs and exhibitions
8. Travel activity: regular visits to customers desired
9. Solid technical expertise is essential
10. Sales experience in plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry (GMP) is very advantageous
11. Business fluent in English
12. Sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office CRM system C4C an advantage
