The Role The Head of Finance is a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for leading the finance function end to end. Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and strategic insight across the group. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of finance, including commercial finance, FP&A, technical accounting, and controllership. Manage all reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with business objectives. Lead the audit process, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and driving efficient day-to-day accounting operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making. Partner with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance in an international environment. The Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience: A professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent). Strong technical accounting expertise, coupled with experience in FP&A and commercial finance. Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth international business, ideally backed by Private Equity. Demonstrated ability to manage complexity, drive financial processes, and influence senior stakeholders effectively. A proactive self-starter with the ability to think critically and act decisively in a fast-moving environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and geographies. Capable of driving performance and implementing change at pace to support the company’s growth ambitions.
