Your mission:
Ensuring that all departments of the organisation are following the same procedures with regards to documents.
Ensuring that documents are in the right location, categorised according to the type of document.
Checking and approving documents before they are filed.
Liaising with internal and external parties to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information regarding their categorisation.
Monitoring and evaluating systems and looking for improvements.
Managing in-house documentation system.
Scanning and uploading hard copy documents.
Maintaining internal drawing registers.
Maintaining an up-to-date Database Register showing document details and revision status.
Establishing a Distribution Matrix for allocating controlled copies of documents as necessary to Company staff or Organizations.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
Your background:
5+ years in a similar role.
Business fluent in German and English (C1 minimum).
A technical or commercial education.
The ideal candidate has a safety education according to SUVA regulations (SUVA certificate).
Ability to work with one or more teams.
Excellent IT skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
Attention to detail.
High degree of accuracy.
Highly organised.
Flexible, proactive, reliable, and honest.
