Impact and Responsibilities
This role reports to the Finance Data Model Manager and is based in Bellevue (HQ). The responsibilities include:
Controlling View Structure Coordination
* Collect requirements from Maison's financial team, keeping FP&A and other Group Finance team informed.
* Maintain controlling view structure in relevant applications and associated master data.
* Ensure compliance with Richemont Product Segments (PRS) definition and consistency with article hierarchy in ERP as well as existing structure.
* Cope with changes during the fiscal year (hierarchies' renaming, creating, updating, etc.).
Group Article Hierarchy Management
* Collect updates from Maison MDM and Marketing teams.
* Ensure consistency with requirements from tools using this hierarchy.
* Maintain AH, coordinate articles reassignment and ensure PRS is not changed by it.
* Coordinate planning and AH activation at the beginning of each fiscal year.
* Coordinate clean-up requirements (levels without nodes, nodes without articles attached to them, etc.).
* Maintain AH based on Maison's requirements ensuring Group Finance guidelines are met.
* Ensure coding is unique and communicate appropriately (changes to individual levels).
* Coordinate transfer to other systems on a monthly basis.
* Assign article coding prefix to Maisons when needed.
Article MD Change Management
* Validate requests for mass changes of financially relevant data.
* Investigate issues and define follow-up steps.
* Review, assess, and prioritize Enhancement Requests (changes in interfaces, new merchandise categories or valuation classes, etc.).
* Handle new fields requests or update of Richemont values in Article MD (through rollout projects, compliance request or on ad hoc basis).
Service Article Creation Management
* Define/update Group template for Service article creation.
* Review and validate new article requests with primarily focus on finance impacts.

Education and Experience
* University degree in Finance, Data, Financial engineering or similar.
* Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP ERP ECC, with knowledge of S/4 being an advantage.
* Solid background in finance, ideally gained within matrix and multinational environments.
* Strong technical skills in SAP, particularly for financial purposes.
* Ability to manage complex business topics with impact on Finance and ICS.
* Experience in project coordination and working with multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English; additional languages an asset.
