Job Description: About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef Saucier to join a prestigious ocean cruise line renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The vessel accommodates around 600-800 passengers and hosts 6 diverse restaurants on board. As Sous Chef Saucier, you will oversee the saucier station in the main kitchen, which services multiple onboard outlets including the primary restaurant. You will work under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine and the Executive Chef.
Immediate Start & Urgent Vacancy
Monthly Salary: Approximately US$4,566 (paid while onboard)
Contract Length: 5 months onboard, followed by approximately 2 months of leave. If performance is strong, you will be offered subsequent contracts on a continuous basis.

Requirements
STCW Certification
C1/D Visa (if not a U.S. citizen/permanent resident)
Seaman’s Book
Medical Tests meeting maritime regulations
Previous Fine-Dining Experience (required)
Previous Luxury Cruise Experience (highly preferred)
Culinary Certificate or equivalent formal training
