Job Description: Requirements:
As a team member, it is up to you to understand which solution best fits the customer's requirements, propose an implementation concept and realise it. Coordinate this with our development team and ensure delivery quality.
You will have a mix of technical and people skills and will be a cornerstone that a customer can rely on to make their project a success. This will start with pre-sales activities to understand customer needs through to implementation for a successful go-live. You will be the main point of contact for any further support, requirement or business analysis.
Responsibilities:
Technical presales activities along with the sales team
Project management and consulting
Manage product installation, support and maintenance
Translation of business needs to technical features with product managers
Work to improve and promote customer retention
