Job Description: To strengthen our supplier quality management organization, we are searching for an experienced personality who will build a connection between the local Quality Control and the Engineering department as well as our Supplier Quality Inspection to create and manage inspection plans for purchased parts. We are looking for a dynamic and resilient team player.
Your daily contribution:
Creating globally valid inspection plans for our components produced in-house and at sub-suppliers.
Ensuring that our compressor components are inspected worldwide according to established procedures.
Supports our manufacturing sites in creating their own inspection plans.
Maintaining the inspection plans in collaboration with the relevant parties.
Supporting internal QA audits (BCAG/BCIN/BCKB/BCUS) in relation to the inspection planning.
Cooperating with our measurement and gauge planning specialist at BCAG in relation to inspection planning.
Verifying the effectiveness of corrective measures/Q inspection plans implemented with SD in conjunction with quality and cost objectives.
Creation of analyses in relation to quality notifications and inspection planning.
Creation of training documents for our plants in relation to the quality/inspection planning.
Write and maintain processes and manuals in relation with the SAP Q-Module.
Your Profile:
Completed apprenticeship as a poly-mechanic/machine mechanic.
Further education in mechanical engineering and/or quality management is an advantage.
Further education as a quality engineer and inspection planner.
Several years of experience in inspection planning.
Very good knowledge of ISO - GPS dimensioning and the implementation of corresponding measurement methods.
Knowledge of how to program and operate CMM and/or laser trackers (PC-DMIS/PolyWorks).
Application knowledge of ERP system SAP desired.
Fluency in German and English a must (read/write/speak).
