Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
We are seeking a motivated Global Head of Growth & Partnerships to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all of AMINA Bank's markets. This role requires a deep understanding of financial services and a good understanding of the crypto ecosystem and digital marketing strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to boosting sales and driving new acquisitions via both outreach and product led marketing
* Create and execute new campaign hypotheses through research, analytics, testing, measurement, and iteration
* Leverage analytics and performance metrics to track growth initiatives, optimize campaigns, and improve user experiences
* Curate and grow leads received via channels to increase inbound funnel conversion
* Develop strategic partnerships that enhance the bank's offerings and expand market reach
* Build a distributor network for our product offerings and create affiliate channels as a new source for acquisition
* Partner with product managers and relationship managers to improve the performance of our on-product and off-product acquisition channels
* Bcome up with innovative ways to grow or optimize existing funnels
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and analyze the competitive landscape
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated growth campaigns
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in driving growth across institutional businesses
* Hands on approach and ability to lead from the front
* Project Management experience is strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies, and growth hacking techniques
* Digital marketing knowledge would be advantageous
* Demonstrated ability to drive user growth and engagement in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
* Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
* Passion for cryptocurrencies, digital innovation and the future of finance
* Bachelor's degree, ideally in Economics, Strategy, Innovation & entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree would be beneficial
* Experience in financial services, sales is required
* Proven experience in developing a growth and partnerships team
* Reasonable knowledge of banking compliance laws and regulations
* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and strategic thinking
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Fluency in English is necessary. Other languages are a nice to have but not a must have
