About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to manage our sales collateral and support key sales operations. This role ensures that all sales materials are accurate, up to date, and effectively support client interactions. In addition to collateral management, you will help streamline sales processes, support client meetings, maintain CRM data, and process and analyze client flow data to provide valuable insights for the sales team. As a vital link between sales, marketing, and compliance, your work will enhance the team's efficiency and overall client experience. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, update, and distribute sales collateral, including pitch decks, brochures, fact sheets, and other marketing materials.
* Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with internal teams (research, marketing, compliance, and product) to develop and refine sales materials.
* Manage version control and content consistency across all platforms and formats.
* Monitor and track collateral usage and effectiveness, providing insights for optimization.
* Assist sales team with preparation for client meetings, including gathering relevant materials and insights.
* Support CRM data entry and management to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
* Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on client engagement and sales performance.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
* Assist with RFPs, client presentations, and other sales documentation as needed.
* Support the planning and execution of sales events, conferences, and webinars.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of financial products, particularly ETFs, is a plus.
* Experience in crypto is a plus and a genuine interest a prerequisite.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in a sales support, marketing support, or client service role.
* Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management or ETFs, is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English and German (ideally German native speaker).
