Responsibilities
1. Management of a project for the group-wide harmonisation of processes and tools (ERP, PLM, CAE, CMS, configurators)
2. Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects
3. Ensuring compliance with project objectives, costs, quality and deadlines
4. Project reporting to group management
5. Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
6. Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organisation and avoiding scope creep
7. Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape
Hardskills
8. Many years of experience as (overall) project manager or programme manager
9. Very good E2E process experience in mechanical or plant engineering in larger companies
10. Experience with the introduction / migration / consolidation of ERP systems (SAP)
11. Business fluent in English and German
12. Willingness to travel approx. 20%
