Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with project teams to develop new features and functionality across frontend and backend technologies.
* Contribute to refining product backlog definitions by providing expertise and gaining clarity when needed.
* Evaluate designs for completeness, implementation effort, and feasibility.
* Participate in planning future cycles by contributing to story definition, providing work estimates, and identifying technical dependencies and blockers.
* Motivate teams to finish cycles on time and minimize technical debt.
* Review team members' code submissions to ensure quality, correctness, consistency, and performance.
* Share project progress and delivered features with stakeholders.
* Support the engineering department by sharing knowledge with project teams.
* Offer support when team members encounter technical challenges.
* Produce documentation to improve developer experience.
Requirements
* 5+ years of Full Stack experience.
* Experience creating REST and/or GraphQL APIs with various databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
* Excitement to learn new technologies and adopt solutions to deliver amazing products.
* Contributions to technical design discussions and evaluation of different technical solutions.
* Comfortable following agile methodologies and participating in regularly scheduled meetings.
* Experience as a tech lead or technical management role is a plus.
* Appreciation for design practice and ability to preserve design intent without compromising fidelity.
* Responsive to constructive feedback and adaptable to changing priorities.
* Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable advocating for needs.
