As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and motivate international cross-functional teams to execute all planned activities from product delivery to customer roll-out. You will work with customers, internal team members, and the sales team to identify customer needs and drive integration activities accordingly.
Your role
1. Manage and coordinate projects from product delivery of releases until roll-out for the Swiss Market of Pension, including data migration activities from old to new systems.
2. Define and communicate goals, expectations, and priorities among project activities.
3. Lead cross-functional project teams (Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Process, Logistics) to ensure that activities are aligned and implemented effectively in the customer context.
4. Support project acquisitions with proposal preparations and presentations.
5. Plan, manage, and control the financial aspects of the projects.
6. Manage day-to-day client relations and build long-term relationships with clients.
7. Master critical and sensible negotiations and act as a professional representative during external mediations.
8. Analyze data and develop meaningful KPIs to present the status of programs and escalate critical issues.
9. Maintain both internal and customer open issues lists, and develop problem resolution action plans.
10. Report to company management regarding project progress and milestones.
11. Guarantee compliance with client requirements.

Your profile
1. University degree in Engineering.
2. Min. 10 years of professional experience as project manager for Software Development/Software Product/Software Roll out.
3. Track record in an industrial environment with knowledge of main software processes.
4. Familiar with standard large project management processes (Agile, SAFe) and knowledge of SAFe.
5. Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management, managing a variety of cross-functional team members.
6. Ability to quickly understand problems and help the team to find solutions or compromises with a practical and pragmatic approach.
7. Capacity to bring together and motivate teams to ensure the success of your projects. Proven negotiation and leadership credentials.
8. High resistance to stress with a positive and energetic mindset – everything is possible!
9. Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude and a fierce sense of ownership.
10. Fluent in English/French; German is a plus.
11. Knowledge of the Swiss pension market is mandatory.
