We have an immediate opening for a remote Reception position.
We are not your typical small law firm. Our law firm is rapidly growing, and we are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized remote Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
1. Answering phones: 95% of callers experience no more than 3 rings before pickup
2. Clients are greeted with kindness and compassion
3. Elicit potential new client information and accurately record it in client tracking software
4. Coordinating/managing ordering office supplies
5. Placing lunch orders for team meetings
6. Accurately schedule meetings
7. Completing light administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
2. Proficiency in technology, including phone systems, email, and scheduling software
3. Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment
4. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
5. Be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain strict confidentiality
6. Be a positive, high-energy team player who is results-oriented
Compensation
$20 - $22 hourly
