Key Responsibilities:
This position plays a crucial management support role for the DBT Executive Office, handling administrative and coordination tasks essential to our CIO/CTO.
1. Serve as the primary point of contact with the CIO/CTO, internal and external stakeholders.
2. Manage executive schedules & plans, meetings, appointments, travel, logistics, and finance matters for the executive office.
3. Lead internal communications, creating memos, newsletters, and updates as needed.
