As the Global Market and Competitive Intelligence Analyst ,you will play a pivotal role in developing market and competitorinsights contributing to oversee the marketing strategyimplementation Main responsibilities - Drive market modelling forthe Global Business Unit Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings,managing periodic reporting processes to derive market sizing,growth forecasts and market shares - Monitor competition (financialperformance and offering) and track developments of key marketplayers, emerging technologies, new customer segments and industrytrends - Contributing to the company’s strategic processes (i.e.
Strategic Planning, Budget), being responsible for providing inputon market data and competitors - Conduct market study projects,including scope definition, identification of potential vendors,multi-stakeholders’ alignment and budget proposal - Leveragemarket, customer, and competitive insights to drive marketinginitiatives and identify new growth opportunities - Collaborateclosely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Units, Vertical Market Managers, Countries, to ensure alignment withoverall marketing strategy and objectives Your Profile - Bachelor'sdegree in business administration, or a related field - 5 yearsplus of professional experience in related fields within the B2 Barea - Sound knowledge in the Buildings industry, with Siemens/comparable portfolio a must have - Proven experience in market datamodelling and in conducting market studies/ competitive and Quantitative analysis - Understanding of main financial data(Profit & loss statements and balance sheet) - Strong projectmanagement skills and ability to work effectively in across-functional, global team environment - Experience in a complexorganization, with several stakeholders and multiple channels tomarket - Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, etc.) and in using strategic planning / analysis tools -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with theability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner -Quantitative skills focus on using data to understand a topic,solve a problem or make a recommendation - Self-motivated andresults-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines- Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages beinga plus Employee benefits - 2–3 days per week of mobile working isstandard - Mobility allowance - Varied further trainingopportunities - Access to employee share programs - Furtherinformation about employee benefits can be found here Join ourteam!
