About the Role
As Store Manager at H&M Home, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers every day.
The role is divided into five key areas: Customers, Colleagues, Procedures, Planning, and Results & Profitability. You will be an ambassador for the brand, working closely with your team to exceed customer expectations and drive sales on the sales floor.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service in your store and coach your team to prioritize customer needs.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment by recruiting, training, and developing your team members.
* Ensure best practices are followed in store operations and back office procedures.
* Analyze data and develop strategies to optimize profit and achieve sales goals.
* Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and planning ahead to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* A strong passion for customer service, people development, and interior design.
* Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving profitability.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues.
* B1 level of English proficiency is mandatory to communicate effectively across the organization.
