Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding and Identifying Requirements for Each Event
* Drafting Offers & Contracts
* Overseeing and Managing All Event Operations
* Addressing Issues that may Arise at Events and Acting Quickly to Resolve Problems
* Analyzing and Evaluating an Event's Success and Submitting Reports
* Running Final Tests on the Day of the Event to Ensure Everything Meets Standards
* Interacting and Maintaining Healthy Communication with Clients and Third Parties
* Working with Clients to Guide them through Event Details and Serving as their Personal Coordinator throughout the Entire Planning Process and the Event
* Additional Responsibilities and Tasks can be Added at any Time according to the Needs of the Business and of the Hotel
Requirements:
* Previous 1-2 Years of Experience in Events Ideally in the Luxury 5-Star Hotel Industry with Relevant Background
* Problem Solving, Analytical, Reasoning, Motivating, Organisational, and Training Abilities
* Suitable Work Permit Holder (Swiss or EU ID/Passport)
* Fluent in German and English is a Must
* Communicates a Clear and Consistent Message regarding Departmental Goals to Produce Desired Results
