Manufacturing Quality Test Engineer (m/f/d)
Mobility is the goal
1. Ensure the development and implementation of all testing equipment for Supply Chain facilities to cope with Schindler targets for both Quality and Productivity and also ensure the execution of complex tests related to Engineering to Order products.
2. Maintenance and continuous improvement for testing procedures and equipment with the target of increasing efficiency and quality assurance.
3. Develop Test Specifications based on products as well as production processes knowledge.
4. Optimize the impact of the Test System in the factories and provide valuable feedback to R&D in terms of testability; if necessary, support other Schindler factories with new test equipment and maintenance of existing ones.
5. Support and ensure quality in the introduction of new products and processes and in problem-solving processes.
6. Participation in high added value projects, new developments, and updates of processes.
Mobility needs you
1. Bachelor's degree as Electrical or Manufacturing/Quality/Testing Engineer (Master's degree is a plus)
2. At least 3 years experience as Manufacturing/Testing engineer
3. At least 1 year experience Technical background from industry (mechanical and/or electrical) and/or Project management of cross-functional teams
4. Good knowledge of SAP
5. Fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus)
