In this role, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Marketing department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution:
Assist in creating visual assets for online and offline marketing campaigns (social media posts, email newsletters, presentations, flyers, and event materials).
Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and digital ads.
Collaborate with the in-house and corporate team to ensure brand consistency across all visuals and content.
Edit images and videos to align with campaign needs.
Utilize design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva to deliver engaging visuals.
Marketing Support Tasks:
Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
Help manage the company’s social media presence by scheduling posts and monitoring performance.
Support email marketing initiatives, including content creation, design, and tracking performance metrics.
Update and maintain website content (text, images, and banners) as needed.
Collect and analyze data on campaign performance to generate reports and insights.
Assist in organizing events, trade shows, or webinars, including preparing promotional materials.
Administrative Support:
Maintain an organized marketing asset library.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and freelancers when required.
Support the sales, marketing, and PR team in day-to-day tasks, meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
