Digital Growth Manager Reports to: Head of Digital Growth Department: Marketing Type: Full-time Job Overview: The Digital Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting local marketing teams across different regions. This position is responsible for crafting and executing strategies that generate high-quality leads through both online and offline marketing efforts. By working closely with local teams, the Digital Growth Manager will ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall goals, providing scalability and optimal results in all markets. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital growth strategy to generate high-quality leads, ensuring alignment with local market needs and revenue goals.
2. Marketing Support : This position acts as the central point of contact for local marketing teams, providing strategic guidance, tools, and support for both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
3. Data-Driven Optimization : Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to refine lead generation and conversion strategies for local teams, ensuring improved ROI.
4. Multichannel Strategy Development : Collaborate with local teams to design, implement, and optimize multichannel campaigns across paid search, social media, SEO, email marketing, events, and offline channels such as direct mail or print.
5. Content and Creative Alignment : Ensure all marketing assets are aligned with brand standards while tailoring messaging and content to the specific needs of each local market.
6. Budget Management : Manage and allocate budgets for digital growth activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
7. Technology & Tools : Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools to track and report on performance, ensuring smooth integration across local and central marketing efforts.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales teams, product teams, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to growth and revenue generation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
9. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
10. Expertise : Deep understanding of lead generation techniques, online advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and offline marketing channels.
11. Analytics : Proficient in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with A/B testing and performance tracking tools to drive campaign optimization.
12. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between central and local teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
13. Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically to troubleshoot issues and improve campaign outcomes.
14. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, focusing on deadlines and achieving measurable results.

15. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
16. Certifications : Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant certifications.
17. Experience with Global Teams : Prior experience supporting decentralized teams across different regions or markets is a plus.
