At our site in Murten, one of Switzerland's first zero energy offices and one of the world's first generation carbon neutral buildings, we are looking for an HR Specialist to support the team 50%.
As HR Specialist you provide first class administration to all our staff in Murten (approx. 150 employees), and are also responsible for handling taxes, insurances, and absences. You support the Head of HR at Sonova Communications AG and contribute to a great employee experience!
* Point of contact for employees and managers regarding personnel administration, social insurances, salary processing, etc.
* Personnel administration for full employee lifecycle
* Processing of withholding taxes, family allowances, work permits
* Reporting and settlement of social insurances (accident, health, maternity, unemployment, etc.)
* Recording of changes and organizational changes in SAP R/3 and SuccessFactors
* Absence management (Atoss)
* Administration of personnel development (training agreements, invoicing, training statistics, etc.)
* Updating of personnel files and their filing
* Assistance with various annual processes such as employee discussions, salary rounds, variable salary components, etc.
Your profile
* Completed commercial education with further training as a HR Specialist
* 3 to 4 years of professional experience in HR administration
* Efficient, accurate, reliable, and independent way of working
* Committed and team-oriented personality with a high quality service orientation
* Organizational talent and strong communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office and SAP/SuccessFactors
* Fluent in English combined either with German or French
