THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
* Manage and implement the FIFA Women’s Coach Educators’ Development Pathway Programme
* Coordinate the involvement of technical experts in training and in the FIFA Women’s Coach Educators’ Development Pathway Programme
* Support the creation of content for the FIFA Women’s Coach Educators’ Development Pathway Programme
* Ensure the quality and effectiveness of FIFA Women’s Coach Educators’ Development Pathway Programme delivery
* Report on the implementation of the FIFA Women’s Coach Educators’ Development Pathway Programme delivery outcomes

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
* Has a coaching degree (at least equivalent to Confederations B Diploma)
* Academic degree in a sports related field is preferred
* Minimum 3 years’ experience working for a football club or an international football organization managing women’s football programmes
* Demonstrated experience managing or facilitating coaching license courses
* Track record in managing projects and leading people
* Proven ability working within a multi-cultural work environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset
* Self-confidence and diplomacy
* Solution orientation with great ability to understand complex processes and translate into simple solutions
* Ability to work under pressure: commitment to deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner
* Ability to communicate and resolve problems in a multicultural environment
* Understanding of Member Associations’ coach education systems
* Understanding of Confederations’ coaching convention
* Familiarity with FIFA Global Football Development Programmes and FIFA Women’s Development Programmes
* Proficiency in any other FIFA language (FR / ES / DE) is an asset
* Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
* General availability Mon-Fri 8-6 Zurich time
* Willingness to travel globally
