Description
Customer Service Representatives primarily receive inbound calls and emails from consumers and lenders for assistance with their title insurance and settlement service transactions. Customer Service Representatives are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven and motivated to meet individual service goals. Your job will be to provide white-glove service and create raving fans. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills and a knack for customer service.
Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
2. De-escalate customer concerns and complaints by actively listening and providing solutions.
3. Speak clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations.
4. Multi-task by navigating multiple computer applications while actively listening and documenting in our workflow system.
5. Demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
6. Look for ways to improve and promote quality.
7. Escalate items to the appropriate manager or department.
8. Review and thoroughly understand title insurance files.
9. Familiarity with title and settlement services processes.
10. Maintain confidentiality and listen to others without interrupting.
11. Handle high email and call volume.
Qualifications
1. Critical thinking: uses logical thought processes to analyze and draw conclusions.
2. Customer focused: is pleasant, courteous, and professional when dealing with internal and external customers or clients.
3. Planning and organizing: plans and prioritizes work to manage time effectively and continuously meet deadlines.
4. Telephone skills, including a pleasant phone voice and etiquette.
5. Verbal communication: maintains open lines of communication with others.
6. Writing: uses standard English to clearly communicate thoughts, ideas, and information in written form.
7. Self-motivated.
8. Dependable and reliable: displays responsible behaviors at work.

$45,000 - $55,000
