Key Responsibilities
* We acquire and manage customers, focusing on lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad.
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants.
* We build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
* Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers.
* Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives, and enhance business development workflows.
* Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach.
* Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales or digital marketing; ideally in cybersecurity or IT.
* Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized.
* Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities.
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
* Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback.
* Fluency in French (C2/native) and English (C1); German is a plus.
