Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new opportunities in the civil engineering, construction, and concrete recycling sectors, as well as among builders and operators who need to solidify soils and stabilize foundations for buildings, roads, and transport routes.
* Pursue sales strategy implementation by engaging with key customers and showcasing the competitive advantage of this cutting-edge product, potentially collaborating with the scientists behind it.
* Monitor progress toward sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and outcomes to senior management.
* Adapt sales structure to support business growth, managing and leading a team independently.
* Represent the company at webinars, conferences, and summits in Switzerland and internationally.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of competitors, customers, and market dynamics to effectively demonstrate the superiority of this advanced solution in terms of soil consolidation capacity, sustainability, and competitive pricing.
* Contribute globally to product evolution by listening to customer needs and liaising with the product team to inform the product roadmap.
