Provide specialized and strategic knowledge in security by designing and implementing Cuxtal II security strategy for people and tangible property, always in line with a clear security policy and specific procedures.
Responsibilities
* Guarantee, in accordance with procedures approved by the owner, that the security and guard personnel comply with the assigned missions of access control (pedestrian and vehicular), registration of visits, monitoring of the environment and tours of facilities.
* Timely reporting of security incidents, as well as their development and resolution.
* Coordinate and supervise the correct emergency management, according to established standards.
* Coordinate and supervise the correct management of the access control system, CCTV and alarms of the facilities.
* Coordination of Security activities in the project, verifying compliance with legal, contractual and other requirements by the EPC's for the construction and start-up of the Project.
* Inform and advise the leadership on security measures to guard the tangible property.
* Comply with and enforce the safety policies, standards and procedures, of general application and approved in the facilities of ENGIE Mexico in all its lines of business.
* Maintain an updated analysis, at regional and local level, of the risks and security threats that may be generated by criminal phenomena, natural disasters, and social dynamics, to attend them diligently, safeguarding the interests of the project.
* Propose, design, implement and develop a plan for continuous improvement of security systems suitable for Cuxtal II assets, according to the risk environment in which they operate.
* Design and provide security training to increase the security culture at the project and among every member and stakeholder involved.
* Responsible for the collection of security data for the feeding of dashboards and analysis tools that ENGIE Mexico has or develops according to the operation demands.
* Manage security measures and provide accompaniment, in special cases, to national and international visits with activities in the country.
* Report in a timely manner any risk situation for its correct management and resolution, according to emergency plans approved for ENGIE Mexico.
* Provide security assistance to project members who require it.
What you will bring
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies
· Degree in social sciences (political science, international relations, intelligence or criminalistics) or comparable military training.
· 10+ years of verifiable experience in the energy, mining, transport or other large infrastructure sectors.
· Experience in financing schemes subject to IFC Performance Standards, Framework Principles or similar.
