Analyze and evaluate indirect material teams and spends worldwide to develop next generation indirect procurement vision and organization
Development of holistic and sustainable strategies for Indirect Material
Build, recruit and develop an indirect procurement team responsible for interfacing with business and supplier partners
Analysis of internal demands and requirements regarding scope, quality, and service
Develop and execute a global Indirect Procurement strategy that builds the capabilities needed for long-term growth and sustainability including spend analytics, category management, sourcing methodology, tools and templates, policies and procedures, supplier management program, etc.
Harmonization of processes in regards to Indirect Material
Create governance on financial analysis of transactions, including total cost of ownership and return on investment analyses to improve costs
Contract management and supplier management processes
Facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the procurement process and plans; enable supplier selection and decision process; lead / facilitate contract development, negotiation and execution process.
Contribute to vendor onboarding process and qualification
Negotiation as well as conclusion of individual and framework contracts
Effectively network with senior business leaders and stakeholders to build Procurement’s profile and engagement on key sourcing strategies and provide support for resolution of procurement related issues
Utilize market intelligence to anticipate opportunities, strategize and support the business in formulating solutions to address changing market needs
Develop relationships with vendors to manage supplier performance issues in collaboration with relevant internal business customers
Establish Procurement policy and procedures

5 years of work experience
Completed university degree such as bachelor’s or master's degree in Procurement Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering/Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Information Technology or related field
