Key Responsibilities:
Lead systems engineering efforts for Ground-Based Training Systems (GBTS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.Define and develop system requirements based on customer needs, emerging technologies, and product lifecycles.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design system architecture, integrating hardware and software components.Manage system integration, verification, and validation (V&V) processes, ensuring alignment with project goals.Support configuration management (CM), ensuring accurate technical documentation and initiating change processes.Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Software, Electronics, or Aeronautical Engineering.5+ years of experience in systems engineering for flight simulators or synthetic training devices.Familiarity with system engineering methodologies (ISO 15288) and tools like DOORS, Jira, and Teamcenter.Strong communication skills and fluency in English.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
