Anti-Financial Crime Customer Expert
We are seeking a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German speaking customers of a leading Mobile Bank.
This role is the frontline of the bank to the German speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. The specialist will be responsible for preventing fraud, protecting data, and safeguarding customers.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in German, very good written and oral communication skills in English, exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
* Responsibilities:
o Support customers via phone, chat & email.
o Prevent fraud, protect data and safeguard customers.
o Be an ambassador of our client.
o Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
o Maintain high customer satisfaction.
