Business Strategy Planning Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Planning Manager to join our Division Semiconductor Solution Group (SSG). In this key role, you will be responsible for executing business strategies, driving initiatives, and ensuring seamless coordination within the Division.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution & Business Orchestration:
* Support and drive the execution of key strategic initiatives within the Division SSG.
* Coordinate and align product marketing efforts across Business Units, ensuring consistency in communication and messaging.
* Consolidate competitor and market analysis to provide insights that support decision-making.
* Own and drive subsets of strategy definition and planning tasks.
* Support the target-setting process and overall strategy-deployment.
2. Leadership Support & Organizational Efficiency:
* Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the Executive Vice President SSG and management team.
* Enhance organizational productivity by applying best practices and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
* Plan and orchestrate work to ensure priorities are met, including managing follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Project Management & Decision Support:
* Manage special projects with strategic and cross-functional focus.
* Prepare and facilitate workshops, meetings, and strategy sessions.
* Conduct research, gather, and analyze data to support high-impact decision-making.
* Handle ad-hoc requests and initiatives critical to the SSG Division's success.
Requirements
* Education & Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in sciences, engineering, or economics.
o MBA or other advanced business-related studies preferred.
o 4+ years of experience, ideally in strategy consulting, business development, or a similar role.
o Previous experience in a corporate or industrial organization is a strong plus.
o Experience in the vacuum industry is an advantage.

o Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
o Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
