Executive HR ERP Design and Pre-implementation Lead
Are you an Executive HR ERP Design and Pre-implementation Lead with demonstrated expertise in integrating HR processes with technology and managing system rollouts or upgrades, ideally within large, complex organizations with a global footprint?

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:
* Degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology Management, Computer Science or Business Program or related combination of education & experience
* Experience in a senior HR role managing teams
* Previous leadership experience in HR system implementations or related projects
* In-depth knowledge of HR processes, principles, compliance requirements and best practices, across the HR lifecycle, including performance management, learning and development, data analysis and management, and payroll and benefits
* Demonstrated expertise in integrating HR processes with technology and managing system rollouts or upgrades, ideally within large, complex organizations with a global footprint.
* Strong experience managing HR applications and enabling technologies, with specific expertise in ERP HR Modules (e.g. Oracle Fusion, Workday, PeopleSoft etc.).
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
