Your Role:
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Lead innovative and exciting consulting projects for HR-IT customers in the SAP SuccessFactors domain.
* Manage (sub-) projects, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
* Analyze, design, and implement forward-thinking HR concepts tailored to client needs.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions, both virtually and on-site, occasionally taking on leadership responsibilities.
* Support and continuously improve services for existing clients.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical, client-specific proposals.
What You Bring:
You’re a great fit if you:
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business informatics, business administration, applied psychology (AOP), or have specialized training in HR, payroll, or social insurance.
* Bring several years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (with expertise in at least two modules) and have managed (sub-) projects.
* Possess a positive, confident personality and have a passion for personal and professional growth.
* Work independently, take initiative, and consistently prioritize client interests.
* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills.
* Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
* Are open to project-related travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
