Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst and Project Manager to partner with teams and squads, defining their transformation roadmap and executing projects that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in internal process review and streamlining, as well as expertise in cross-functional, agile, and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Define transformation roadmaps for teams and squads, prioritizing continuous improvement activities and projects based on business values.
* Support the execution of these roadmaps by managing projects and improving operational frameworks (processes, organization, tools).
* Monitor and enforce the execution of operational frameworks, continuously improving them as needed.
* Establish a standardized approach to project execution and provide training to relevant squads and teams.
* Support project qualification and submission, providing full and accurate visibility of project status to management.
Activities
* Lead and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams using our standardized approach.
* Review, improve, and map Squad's processes (RACI, Playbooks).
* Review, improve, and define SonarSource guidelines, policies, and FAQs.
* Support Squad's tools implementation, testing, and training.
* Monitor hypercare activities.
Business Partnership
* Kick-off relationship with Squad.
* Define Squad's roadmap and support its execution.
Monitoring
* Define Squads' processes monitoring.
* Handover and support Squads' processes monitoring.
* Submit Key projects for review and approval.
* Report and consolidate on Key projects portfolio.
* Key project closing.
* Define, document, and roll out BAPM standards.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in internal processes review and streamlining for a fast-growing business.
* Experience working within international, cross-functional, agile, and complex projects.
* Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
* Service/UX Design experience and exposure to high-growth business is a plus.
* Hands-on team player and strong relator.
* Positive attitude toward change.
