For our client, a financial institution in Basel, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant to join and support the team in their Innovation hub for a duration of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate calendars in multiple time-zones
2. Schedule internal and external meetings
3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
4. Assist in the coordination of strategic projects
5. Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
1. Fresh graduate from higher education
2. First experiences in startup environment preferred; Fintech is a clear plus
3. Eager to learn
4. IT savvy
5. Fluent in English
6. Strong team player
