Job Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and analysis of financial statements for multiple group entities, ensuring compliance with Swiss accounting standards.
* Account reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
* Collaboration with external auditors and support for audit processes.
* Contribution to the definition and implementation of the financial strategy.
* Overseeing financial performance management and monitoring key indicators.
* Budget development and supervision, as well as financial analysis.
* Optimization of financial processes and participation in improving reporting tools.
* Support for management in strategic decisions through relevant financial analysis.
* Leadership and supervision of the team responsible for management control and reporting.
* Management and oversight of the accounting department.
* Closure of accounting entries and preparation of financial statements.
* Financial analysis and reporting to optimize management.
* Maintenance of internal client relationships and provision of support on accounting and tax matters.
* Compliance with current accounting and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
* Demonstration of high discipline and a strong focus on accuracy.
Required Profile
* Graduate degree in finance, audit, or management from a reputable institution (Grande École de Commerce, Master in Finance, DSCG, etc.).
* Minimum 10 years of experience in management control or audit, preferably in a multi-activity environment in Switzerland.
* Excellent command of financial management tools and accounting standards.
* Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information, and leadership qualities.
* Proactive, committed, and eager to invest in a dynamic environment.
* Prior experience in a fiduciary or family office in Geneva is desirable.
