Head of Controlling
In this varied and demanding role, you will take on the company-wide management and coordination of the Controlling function. You will work with a motivated team to manage and take responsibility for company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and medium-term planning processes, analyze the results by means of variance and profitability analyses in addition to preparing monthly reports and business cases. Furthermore, you will oversee the results from the business units and proactively introduce the necessary measures in consultation with both company management and department management. You will lead and develop the Controlling team and report directly to the CFO. The final elements of your exciting job profile involve the redesign and further development of existing reporting and controlling instruments based on SAP FI/CO as well as the implementation of international projects with the aim of supporting the continuous improvement and digitalization of the company’s controlling processes.
Required experience and skills:
* A degree in business administration/business economics with an excellent grade and a focus on controlling
* Several years of professional experience in controlling in a modern company, preferably in the textile/fashion industry
* Experience in staff leadership
* Outstanding command of English as well as very good IT skills in SAP S/4HANA and in Microsoft Office
* Enterprising mindset and a results-focused attitude in a challenging environment
* Ability to think strategically; excellent analytical and creative skills
* Independent, organized, and solution-driven working style
* A communicator with leadership skills, the ability to work in a team, and a strong service focus
* Flexible and open to new tasks
