This position will be located at our headquarters in Fribourg, Switzerland.
Main Tasks
* Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets and growth areas.
* Develop and implement sales strategies for new products and technologies across the organization.
* Nurture and develop our existing customer base and identify new business opportunities with a strong focus on driving new client acquisition.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure alignment and enhance the efficiency of commercial initiatives.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
* Represent the organization at international exhibitions and events.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in sales and business development of machinery equipment.
* Fluent in English and either German or French. Additional languages are an asset.
* Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
* Highly motivated and active team player, results-oriented with a "hunter" mindset and a passion for acquiring new customers.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30% of your time.
