This is an exciting opportunity to take on a central role in building new teams and supporting the further development of existing teams.
* Contribute to the constant improvement of our development process using agile methods and integrating agile metrics.
* Remove impediments impacting team performance and support agile teams in the organization.
* Moderate Scrum ceremonies such as Product Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Daily Stand-Ups.
* Coach Scrum teams in self-management and personal responsibility according to agile principles and roles.
Your Profile
* Professionally experienced in being a Scrum Master for software engineering teams working within agile frameworks.
* A communicative type with moderation, coaching, and conflict management skills.
* You value trust, transparency, and lead by example.
* Naturally positive personality with enthusiasm for teamwork.
* Cultural understanding of cross-located teams with experience beneficial (willingness to travel max 5% within Europe).
* Fluent English, German a plus.
