Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage financial and operational accounting, ensuring compliance with both local and international regulations (OR, IFRS).
* Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with business goals.
* Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost:control initiatives.
* Provide leadership in HR and payroll administration, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
* Ensure adherence to tax regulations while implementing tax optimization strategies.
* Supervise IT:related administrative processes and collaborate with external consultants for system improvements.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by refining internal workflows and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Your Profile
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or a Federal Diploma as an Accountant/Controller.
* Proven expertise in financial management, controlling, and strategic planning.
* Strong proficiency in IT systems, including MS Office, databases, and ERP platforms such as SAP or Cognos.
* Experience in HR management, with solid knowledge of social benefits and labor law.
* Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* A proactive, analytical, and solution:focused mindset, with a strong eye for financial optimization.
