Your Role & Responsibilities
* Analyze and define project objectives: Develop a clear understanding of the project scope and vision.
* Create and maintain the subproject management plan: Ensure it is precise, up-to-date, and aligned with overall project goals.
* Ensure quality assurance: Establish standards and implement measures to maintain project quality.
* Facilitate team communication: Promote effective and consistent information exchange within the team.
* Manage tasks and progress: Delegate responsibilities, track performance, and take corrective action when needed.
* Monitor deadlines and milestones: Oversee project schedules and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
* Evaluate risks and feasibility: Identify critical success factors, assess risks, and analyze profitability and feasibility.
* Lead team activities: Organize, moderate, and guide subproject meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
* Report updates: Provide regular updates to the project manager and key stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
