Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient 1st and 2nd level support, resolving issues and managing requests
* Manage user and computer accounts, including account creation, workstation setups, and access rights allocation
* Ensure smooth IT operations for end users through application administration and support
Requirements:
* Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems
* Familiarity with other technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Citrix
* Fluent in both German and English
* A valid Cat. B driving license is required
