Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Expert to join our in-house HR Systems and Processes team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, management, and optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these modules, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Additionally, experience in reporting and analytics, particularly using SAP Analytics Cloud, will be highly advantageous.
Job Responsibilities You configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
You participate in the full system lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, training, and post-launch support. You also ensure the SAP SuccessFactors modules align with business requirements and best practices.
You provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users, ensuring optimal system performance. You perform regular system updates and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration across different modules and HR functions.
You work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions and you act also as a liaison between the HR department and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations.
You assist in the creation of system documentation, including user guides and process flows.
You support the development and management of HR reports and dashboards, using SAP Analytics Cloud to provide valuable insights into key HR metrics.
You conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end users to ensure they are proficient in using the SuccessFactors platform.
You share best practices and continually improve the team knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
Qualifications Proven experience in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and talent development.
Practical experience in system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in using SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization is a strong advantage.
