Job Purpose
The Spa Fleet Supervisor & Trainer is responsible for enhancing onboard Spa Team performance across the fleet. Key objectives include delivering training, driving revenue growth, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures to elevate guest satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
Training
•Assess onboard Spa Team capabilities and training needs to develop strategic training plans;
•Deliver standard training to all onboard Spa Teams;
•Monitor training administration and provide regular reports to the business.
Revenue Strategy
•Review execution and performance of the Spa Revenue Strategy;
•Support the Spa Team to enhance marketing effectiveness and increase sales;
•Collaborate with the Spa Manager to analyze revenue results, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Operations
•Contribute to the development of standard operational processes and procedures;
•Conduct audits across the fleet to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures;
•Analyze guest survey results to improve guest experience and satisfaction;
•Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications (Skills, Competencies, Experience)
•Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage;
•Qualified Beauty Therapist, including facial/body massage and facial/body electrics;
•Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role;
•Previous Cruise Ship experience;
•Business Development and Strategy skills;

•Strong Inter-Personal and Communication Skills;
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel.
