Are you hands-on and have a can-do mentality?We’re looking for a Front Office Assistant to:• analyze various remediation items related to the preparation for the client migration• document client structures (legal entities & individuals) and reflect these in client systems and documents according to internal and external regulations and policies• capture client data in internal systems• coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers and clients to gather - information neededYour teamYou’ll be working in the Remediation Support in Global Wealth Management. We are specialized in reviewing client documentation and clean-up of data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals ensuring relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients.Your expertise• 1-2 years of banking experience• experience in a supporting or client documentation role• expertise knowledge of CS internal tools (FrontNet, CSDA, ELAR, Host) are of great asset• customer-oriented as well as pragmatic and positive can-do attitude• ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility and responsibility• detail oriented accuracy and structured working, ensuring the highest quality service delivery• facilitation and problem-solving skills, with good know-how across (CDB & Tax Requirements, Business Risk, Operations, etc.)
