Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Coordinate customer orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate tracking.
2. Customer Engagement: Handle quotes and inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and informative responses.
3. Interface Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between customers, distributors, sales managers, logistics, production, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance departments.
4. Compliance and Export Management: Create compliant export documents, manage their lifecycle, and ensure correct import and export handling.
5. ERP System Maintenance: Maintain and optimize the order processing area within the ERP system.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Your Profile:
1. Vocational training in freight forwarding, international trade, or customs with successful completion.
2. Experience in order processing and customer service, with a strong focus on resolving customer queries.
3. Proficiency in English and Italian; German is an asset, with any additional language being a welcome skill.
4. Working experience with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office tools.
5. Service-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on solutions-driven approaches.
6. High degree of self-organization and adaptability.
