Your responsibilities will include:
* Main point of contact for employees on all People Operations inquiries, efficiently addressing first-level questions
* Taking ownership of our global onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless experiences for new and departing employees
* Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
* Contributing to key People Operations projects, such as company events or maintaining internal know-how sharing platforms
* Drafting contracts, work references, and other essential documents while ensuring compliance with Swiss and international labor laws and regulations
* Acting as a liaison for insurance companies, public offices, and authorities (e.g., RAV, SVA) to foster good collaboration
* Overseeing payroll operations for Switzerland, Croatia, the US, and other international locations through external providers and accountants
* Maintaining our HRIS (BambooHR) to ensure it remains a reliable source of employee data
* Assisting in developing and refining HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and compliance standards
Requirements
* 3 + years experience in a similar operational HR role in an international environment
* Further education in HR (e.g. eidg. HR Fachfrau / Assistant or similar)
* Good knowledge of Swiss labour law is a must
* Good user knowledge of HR tools and solid IT user skills (e.g. Google Workspace)
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Strong interpersonal skills and high level of service orientation
* Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
