In order to actively drive our growth in international markets, we are filling the following position as Replacement in the research and development department at our headquarters in Wetzikon/Zurich:
Embedded Software / Firmware Engineer (m/f/d)
At Loepfe, you will play a key role in the further development of our products for the textile market. Your active collaboration with colleagues from application technology, sensor and electronics development makes the role exciting and very varied.
Here you work with:
You implement and test embedded software and master the necessary CI/CD processes.
You work with other departments to develop new features for our future products.
You further develop the sensor algorithm and thus work on the core of the sensors.
You are actively involved in topics related to firmware development (e.g., tools & code quality).
You support our colleagues in application technology with our existing products.
Your profile:
You have a degree in engineering (ETH/Uni/FH) in the field of software/electrical engineering.
You have several years of professional experience in the field of embedded software development (C++) and are motivated to use and expand this experience.
You have experience with microcontrollers with real-time operating systems.
We require a good command of German and English.
Experience with GitHub, Jira, Confluence and working in agile teams is an advantage.
