Position Summary
As a CRM and Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Nestlé Health Science’s customer relationship management Veeva system and for maintaining/developing Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision making. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our customer relationship management system, overseeing its day-to-day operations, and implementing necessary updates or improvements. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports, providing valuable insights and data visualizations that will aid in informed business decision making.
A day in the life of a CRM and Data Specialist
1. Oversee day-to-day operation of CRM Veeva system, including user management, data entry, and customization.
2. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular audits and data cleansing.
3. Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionalities and best practices.
4. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the CRM system.
5. Generate regular reports on KPIs using CRM data and PowerBI.
6. Provide insights derived from data analysis to inform business decisions.
7. Promote user adoption of CRM system through effective training and support.
8. Produce actionable insights from CRM and BI data analysis.
9. Implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
What Will Make You Successful
1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
2. First experience with CRM administration tools and PowerBI.
3. Knowledge of Veeva Systems as a plus.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate valuable insights.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in French & English with good command of German.
