Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary communicator for Global Quality, ensuring alignment and clarity in communication across internal teams and with external stakeholders.
* Support and promote adherence to the highest standards of product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement processes.
* Collaborate within a team-focused environment, maintaining a culture of excellence, customer orientation, and continuous improvement.
* Foster proactive engagement and contribute to problem-solving in a dynamic, regulated industry.
Qualifications:
* A technical college degree or vocational education in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong background in quality management, with an ability to support ongoing improvement efforts.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Critical thinking capabilities and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
